Below are the steps involved.
1)Create a account in https://www.ocrsdk.com/ ,if already exists simply logins in.
Once logged in home page will come like below.
2)Click on Add new Application
Provide the application name ,and data processing location can be either US or UK depending which is near by location for you.
3)Once clicked on create application ,Email triggers to your email id which you have used as part of login.
4)You can see fields like Application ID,Epiration,location and processing URL as shown below in abbyy cloud ocr site.
5)You can use these details while configuring in your application.

As you can see application id ,server URL will come from abbyy cloud ocr screen ,password will presented in email sent after application created
